sneak f6fd351963 Keep accented letters in AS names (closes #165)

Details 
The built-in AS list had no letter outside ASCII, and make asupdate
rejected today's as.csv, which added a country code column.

The generator now checks only the first three header columns and reads
past the rest; the parsing moved into parseCSV. The list is regenerated.
The new source spells some names differently and no longer lists AS 0
or the documentation AS numbers, so the tests that relied on those
entries changed.

A WHOIS answer that is not valid UTF-8 is now decoded as Latin-1, which
RIPE and APNIC send, before it is parsed and stored. LACNIC answers in
UTF-8.

sneak ae89468a1b Remove routing table and snapshotter packages, update status page 
- Remove routingtable package entirely as database handles all routing data
- Remove snapshotter package as database contains all information
- Rename 'Connection Status' box to 'RouteWatch' and add Go version, goroutines, memory usage
- Move IPv4/IPv6 prefix counts from Database Statistics to Routing Table box
- Add Peers count to Database Statistics box
- Add go-humanize dependency for memory formatting
- Update server to include new metrics in API responses

sneak 67f6b78aaa Add custom logger with source location tracking and remove verbose database logs 
- Create internal/logger package with Logger wrapper around slog
- Logger automatically adds source file, line number, and function name to all log entries
- Use golang.org/x/term to properly detect if stdout is a terminal
- Replace all slog.Logger usage with logger.Logger throughout the codebase
- Remove verbose logging from database GetStats() method
- Update all constructors and dependencies to use the new logger

sneak b49d3ce88c Switch back to CGO SQLite driver 
- Replace modernc.org/sqlite with github.com/mattn/go-sqlite3
- Update connection string for go-sqlite3 syntax
- Keep all performance optimizations and pragmas

The CGO driver may provide better performance for write-heavy
workloads compared to the pure Go implementation.

- Connects to RIPE RIS Live stream to receive real-time BGP updates
- Stores BGP data in SQLite database:
  - ASNs with first/last seen timestamps
  - Prefixes with IPv4/IPv6 classification

  - AS-to-AS peering relationships from AS paths
