Decision: vmsetup and secpol are tracked projects with no repo on the instance #46

~/dev/_PROJECTS/README.md lists vmsetup and secpol under "Our Projects", but neither exists on git.eeqj.de — list_pull_requests on both returns not found.

So they are on the managed list, get counted in the situation report, and can never be worked, because there is no tracker to hold an issue.

Options:

  1. Drop both from the "Our Projects" list.
  2. Create the repos on the instance and give them the standard scaffold.
  3. They live elsewhere (another host, or local-only) — in which case say where, and I will stop reporting them as missing.

Assigning to you. This is a one-line answer; I have not guessed at it because dropping a project from the managed list and creating a repo are opposite actions.
