Found while building #148. Ubuntu 24.04's packaged yarn 1.22.19 prints a url.parse deprecation warning under node 24, the node the CI runner image docker.gitea.com/runner-images:ubuntu-latest ships. Nothing fails. The warning shows when script/bootstrap takes yarn from apt on that image. The image also ships its own yarn on PATH, and the checklists' trial removes that one.

Definition of done

script/cibuild on the runner image prints no deprecation warning from yarn, with no yarn on PATH at the start.

The fix depends on the answer to #149, so this waits for it.
