sneak	fbba979a86	Install node, yarn and python from the distribution (closes #146) ... Follows sneak's ruling at #146 (comment). Runtimes and the installer tools bundled with python come from the distribution, with no version and no hash. Third-party packages stay pinned by hash. script/bootstrap drops nvm and corepack, installs node and yarn from the package manager, and stops when yarn's major version is not 1. This repository's Dockerfile starts from Alpine 3.24. The Python example starts from debian:trixie-slim and sets PIP_ONLY_BINARY=:all:, so pip downloads no build tools without a hash check. clawbot	f9e23ccae3	Install the pinned node when the installed one is another major version (closes #118) ... script/bootstrap used whatever node was installed, so on the CI runner image, which ships node 24, the pinned yarn 1.22.22 printed the deprecation warning DEP0169 on every bootstrap. It now uses the installed node only when its major version is the pinned one, and otherwise installs the pinned node with nvm, as it already did when node was missing, with yarn and the packages under it. It prints the node version it uses. Only the major is compared because the Dockerfile stages use a node 22 alpine image that nvm cannot replace. script/fmt and script/fmt-check carry the same test to pick their yarn: the yarn on PATH, or yarn under the pinned node loaded through nvm. sneak	c4d5546e86	Gate the build on Docker lint and test phases (closes #40, closes #30) ... Per the owner ruling on issue 40, linting and testing are phases of the main Dockerfile rather than a separate lint file. script/lint and script/test build one phase each by name with caching disabled, and the final stage copies a harmless file from each so the image cannot be built unless both passed. A stage that is not the last is built only when something depends on it or --target names it, so the gates are invoked by name and the edges kept. script/check runs the gates and builds no image of its own; script/cibuild bootstraps first, because CI runs it alone and fmt-check is native. fmt and fmt-check source nvm for the pinned node before calling yarn, which bootstrap installs but leaves off its caller's PATH. Every build in script/ is tagged and uncached. Issue 30 closes too: a container has its own lint cache and lock. Model: opus-5	2026-09-09 11:44:59 +00:00
