sneak 1cdf2013c8 Bootstrap keeps yarn and node only at their pinned versions (closes #154)
check / check (push) Waiting to run
script/bootstrap kept any yarn found on PATH, so YARN_VERSION applied
only where none was installed. It now keeps the yarn on PATH only when
yarn --version is exactly YARN_VERSION, and otherwise installs that
version as before. The node on PATH is used only when it has the
pinned major version, as REPO_POLICIES.md asks, and is at least
NODE_MIN_VERSION. After installing either, bootstrap looks the tool up
through PATH again, stops, naming the path, if that one fails the same
check, and prints the version it uses, as it does for Go. Every host
script except bootstrap that runs yarn now runs it through the new
script/yarn, which uses the first node on PATH, with ~/.local/bin
first, when it passes the same test, and otherwise the pinned node in
nvm.

clawbot b1eefe0c29 Re-vendor the shared files from sneak/prompts at dd4027b (closes #113)
check / check (push) Canceled after 0s
The shared files are the sneak/prompts copies at dd4027b, plus this
repository's own entries. make lint and make test each build one
Dockerfile phase without the cache, both covering the frontend; the
builder stage waits on both and takes its version from git describe
unless VERSION is given. The test phase keeps Go's module and build
caches in memory, out of the image make test tags. golangci-lint moves
to v2.14.0 with the new .golangci.yml; one test spells X-Request-ID as
canonicalheader asks. prettier formats only JavaScript, CSS, HTML and
Markdown, so .golangci.yml stays as fetched. script/fmt and
script/fmt-check put ~/.local/bin on PATH. script/bootstrap keeps a Go
only if it is exactly GO_VERSION, and re-checks the go on PATH after
installing.

clawbot de4e86c433 build: unify the gate so root make check covers the backend (closes #16)
check / check (push) Successful in 11s
Root make check, and with it the pre-commit hook, now gates the Go
backend too. The backend's Makefile targets are shims over
backend/script/*; script/cibuild builds both images and is the
workflow's only build step. Root make test runs both halves within one
30-second timeout.

Root make lint runs golangci-lint only in Docker, by building the lint
stage of Dockerfile.backend without the cache; the .golangci.yml drift
check moved into backend/script/lint. script/bootstrap installs no
linter: it reuses a Go at least as new as backend/go.mod asks for,
otherwise installs the pinned, hash-verified release, linked into
~/.local/bin without replacing anything it did not create. With VERSION
unset or empty, the backend version falls back to git describe inside a
git checkout, then to dev.
