Add S3, GCS, and B2 regional storage endpoints

Browse Source 
Remove DigitalOcean. Add B2, 7 S3 endpoints across all continents
(Cape Town, London, Bahrain, Tokyo, Sydney, Oregon, São Paulo), and
4 GCS locational endpoints (Iowa, Belgium, Singapore, Sydney) for
cross-provider latency comparison.
