clawbot 54ecbda488 Fix IRC listener relay of bodies and modes, and JOIN names (closes #127)
check / check (push) Canceled after 0s
The IRC listener relayed only the first line of a PRIVMSG or NOTICE
body; it now sends one line per body line. A MODE change reached IRC
listener members without its key, limit or mask, and "+o bob" went out
as one trailing parameter; each value is now its own parameter, in the
relay and in the echo to the IRC listener user who made the change.
Every line written to an IRC listener connection now has CR, LF and NUL
removed, so a stored body line, key or mask cannot start a line of its
own. The channel name check moved from the HTTP handler into
service.JoinChannel, so the IRC listener's JOIN refuses the same names
with 403.

**Query Parameters:**
| Param | Type | Default | Description |
| -------- | ------- | ---------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ |
| `target` | string | (required) | Channel name (e.g., `#general`) |
| `before` | string | (none) | The `id` of a message sent to `target`; return only messages older than it. Omit for the latest. |
| `limit` | integer | `50` | Maximum messages to return, 1–500; any other value gives 50. |
To page back, pass the `id` of the first (oldest) message of a page as `before`
for the next; an empty page means there is nothing older.
| Param | Type | Default | Description |
| -------- | ------- | ---------- | -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| `target` | string | (required) | Channel name (e.g., `#general`) |
| `before` | integer | `0` | Return only messages with DB ID < this value (for pagination). `0` means latest. |
| `limit` | integer | `50` | Maximum messages to return, 1–500; any other value gives 50. |
`target` may also be your own nick, which returns the DMs sent to you. Errors:
`400` `target required`, `400` `unknown before id` when no message with that
`id` was sent to `target`, `404` `channel not found`, `403`
`400` `target required`, `404` `channel not found`, `403`
`not a member of this channel`, and `403` `forbidden` for any other nick.
**Response:** `200 OK`
