sneak	e2f8ec9dc9	build: re-vendor canonical files from prompts dd4027b (closes #257) ... The canonical files are fetched whole from sneak/prompts at dd4027b. Kept after the canonical content: the livednstest deny entry in .golangci.yml, /bin in .dockerignore, this repo's own .gitignore lines and a [*.go] tab section in .editorconfig. The workflow keeps its concurrency block and persist-credentials: false. Lint and test are phases of the Dockerfile (golangci-lint v2.14.0; tests on the Debian Go 1.25.7 image as an ordinary user, with the same flags); the build stage depends on both and stamps the version the canonical way. Dockerfile.lint is gone; the prettier stages of Dockerfile.fmt moved into the Dockerfile. Every scripted docker build passes --no-cache; script/cibuild bootstraps, runs script/check, then builds the image. script/fmt-check absorbs fmt-check-go and fmt-check-markdown. clawbot	3182fc99a6	docker: a plain docker build . stamps the git version (closes #210) ... A plain `docker build .`, which is how upaas builds, stamped `dev`: `.dockerignore` left out `.git` and the builder declared `ARG VERSION=dev`. `.dockerignore` now sends `.git` without `.git/config`, which can hold a credential, and lists no tracked file, which git would count as deleted. `ARG VERSION` has no default. The Makefile takes a non-empty `VERSION` from the command line or the environment, so a build arg still wins; otherwise `git describe` runs in the builder, which trusts the checkout whoever owns it, as a context sent as a tar archive keeps its owners. A new `make version` prints the version; the build fails when the context carries `.git` and it comes out empty, `dev` or `unknown`. Model: opus-5-5	2026-10-02 06:27:47 +02:00
clawbot	4c2932d6d6	fmt: format and check Markdown with prettier in a container (closes #119) ... make fmt and make fmt-check now cover every Markdown file with prettier (4-space tabs, proseWrap always), as template-app-go does: prettier is pinned by package.json and yarn.lock and runs in a docker build on a digest-pinned node image, never on the host. The check is forced to run with --no-cache-filter, as script/lint is. script/fmt-check is split into a Go half and a Markdown half because the Dockerfile lint stage cannot run docker: that stage now runs the Go half and script/cibuild runs the Markdown half after the build. *.md leaves .dockerignore so documents reach the build context. README.md, TESTING.md and TODO.md are reformatted by make fmt; apart from the README Entrypoints entries, its make fmt line under Building and the TODO entry, that diff is mechanical. 3 people	2835c2dc43	REPO_POLICIES compliance audit (#40) ... Brings the repository into compliance with REPO_POLICIES standards. Closes [issue #39](#39). ## Changes ### Added files - **REPO_POLICIES.md** — fetched from `sneak/prompts` (last_modified: 2026-02-22) - **.editorconfig** — fetched from `sneak/prompts`, enforces 4-space indents (tabs for Makefile) - **.dockerignore** — standard Go exclusions (.git/, bin/, *.md, LICENSE, .editorconfig, .gitignore) ### Makefile updates - Added `fmt-check` target (read-only gofmt check) - Added `hooks` target (installs pre-commit hook running `make check`) - Added `docker` target (runs `docker build .`) - Added `-timeout 30s` to both `test` and `check` targets - Updated `.PHONY` list with all new targets ### Removed files - **CLAUDE.md** — superseded by REPO_POLICIES.md - **CONVENTIONS.md** — superseded by REPO_POLICIES.md ### README updates - First line now includes project name, purpose, category (daemon), and author per REPO_POLICIES format - Updated CONVENTIONS.md reference to REPO_POLICIES.md - Added **License** section (pending author choice) - Added **Author** section: [@sneak](https://sneak.berlin) ### Intentionally skipped - **LICENSE file** — not created; license choice (MIT, GPL, or WTFPL) requires sneak's input ## Verification - `docker build .` passes (all checks green: fmt, lint, tests, build) - No changes to `.golangci.yml`, test assertions, or linter config Co-authored-by: clawbot <clawbot@noreply.git.eeqj.de> Co-authored-by: Jeffrey Paul <sneak@noreply.example.org> Reviewed-on: #40 Co-authored-by: clawbot <clawbot@noreply.example.org> Co-committed-by: clawbot <clawbot@noreply.example.org>	2026-03-01 21:11:49 +01:00
