Next Step is now the 1.0 tracking issue, 66, and Future Steps holds only DNSSEC validation, 59, which comes after 1.0. Status drops "No git tags", which stops being true once a tag is made. Issue 149 is not added to Completed Steps: the issue asked for no change there beyond this entry.
