user 3a6fc92e94 fix: correct RPL_MYINFO channel modes from 'imnst' to 'mnst' ...

+i (invite-only) is not implemented in this PR (Tier 2, issue #86).
RPL_MYINFO (004) must match CHANMODES in 005 which advertises 'mnst'.
