What happens
Found by the review of #741. Send opened at an address no refresh has read reads Current balance: unknown (ETH). That line stays unknown after a refresh has read the balance, until the screen is opened again. A token just added reads the same way.
What should happen
A refresh that returns while Send is up draws its balance line again, as it does for the balances on AddressDetail and AddressToken. What the user has typed stays as it is.
