On #19 the owner asked for a README section explaining why the wallet never clears the clipboard after the private key is copied (#19 (comment)):
> the clipboard isn't yours to clear, so never do that. document in the readme why we don't do that: a) that would violate the user's expectations, and b) they might have copied something else vital 30 seconds later that we would then destroy. if the user loads it, they know it's secret (we warn them on the passphrase entry dialog) and they know it's on the clipboard. it's theirs to manage at that point.
The section was written on feature/show-private-key but never landed; README.md on next has no such section. Found while pruning branches for #167.
Definition of done
README.md states that the wallet never clears the clipboard, with both reasons above, and that the warning on the password screen before the key is shown is what tells the user it is secret.
Every sentence matches the code on next (for example, what the password screen actually warns).
Docs-only; TODO.md updated in the same commit.

Plan: one short README section, near the private key export, saying the wallet never clears the clipboard and giving the owner's two reasons, with the password screen's warning described as it is on next. Docs-only.

Built in #494: a Clipboard item under ExportPrivKey with the owner's two reasons, and one line under ShowRecoveryPhrase, which copies the phrase the same way. Both describe each screen's warning as it reads on next. Neither warning mentions the clipboard.
