Add a settings section with a Theme selector:

  • Options: Light, Dark, System
  • Default to System if unset
  • System mode selects light/dark automatically based on OS preference (prefers-color-scheme)
  • Create a full dark mode theme
  • Store preference in extension state

The setting should appear as a dropdown/popup in the settings view.
