clawbot	bf8aa9f5dd	fix: Blockscout and Etherscan lookups are off until the user turns them on (closes #668) ... Out of the box the wallet sent the user's addresses to Blockscout and each recipient's address to Etherscan. Two settings, "Use Blockscout" and "Check recipients on Etherscan", now gate every request that sends the user's data to those services. Both start off and are offered unticked on Welcome and in Settings. Each request reads its setting from storage before it asks. An answer that lands after the setting went off is dropped. While a setting is off, the screens that rely on it say so. ENS lookups ask only the RPC endpoint, so a name resolved off-chain does not resolve. RULES.md's External Communication item is now out of date. Its new wording will be proposed on #211 once this lands. clawbot	1f5cdeb7b4	fix: a confirmation screen drawn again keeps the network it was reviewed for (closes #586) ... ConfirmTx set the transaction's chain id to the active network's every time it drew the screen, so a popup reopened onto a saved confirmation after a network switch in Settings described the reviewed transfer as the new network's and sent it there. show() now sets the chain id only on a transaction Send hands over, and the screen describes the transaction entirely on that network: native currency, USD values, explorer links, and the node and explorer its checks ask. explorerUrl(), renderAddressHtml(), getPrice(), formatFee() and checkEtherscanLabel() take an optional chain id for this. Expands the confirm-tx warning system with three new warning types, all using the existing `visibility:hidden/visible` pattern from PR #98 (no animations, no layout shift). ## Changes 1. **Scam address list expanded** (7 → 652 addresses): Sourced from [MyEtherWallet/ethereum-lists](https://github.com/MyEtherWallet/ethereum-lists) darklist (MIT license). Checked synchronously before sending. 2. **Contract address warning**: When the recipient is a smart contract (detected via `getCode`), shows a warning that sending directly to a contract may result in permanent loss of funds. 3. **Null/burn address warning**: Detects known burn addresses (`0x0000...0000`, `0x...dead`, `0x...deadbeef`) and warns that funds are permanently destroyed. 4. **No-history warning** (existing from #98): Unchanged, still shows for EOAs with zero transaction history.
